Whitney Cummings showed off her postpartum figure in a hospital room snap on Thursday.

The 41-year-old comedian took to Instagram to post a photo of herself posing topless and wearing just a pair of postpartum shorts right after giving birth to her first child.

In her caption, she shared that that she learned something about being a first-time mother immediately after she welcomed her baby boy last week.

‘Down boys!’, she wrote. ‘Something nobody told me about giving birth is that you stay looking prego for a bit.’

The actress — who confirmed she gave birth after her friend, Tana Mongeau, announced the exciting news — noted that ‘your body changes every 5 minutes after that’.

Then, she plugged a pair of gray, high-waisted postpartum shorts she was seen wearing in her snap.

She said the tight-fitting garment hugs her body and ‘keep everything from falling out’.

In the picture, Cummings could be seen standing to the side of a hospital bed and in front of a closed door.

Besides the shorts and a pair of matching gray socks, she wore nothing else and covered up her chest with her hands.

She had her dark hair slicked back into a high ponytail and appeared to fresh-faced to show off her radiant glow.

Just days earlier on Sunday, Cummings took to her Instagram to announce that she had welcomed her son.

She had uploaded barefaced selfie with her son’s tiny hand resting on her chest as she wore an open blue and green robe.

In her caption, she joked that she ‘3-D printed a human. Enjoy me never having brushed hair again.’

The day before, internet personality Tana Mongeau had posted an Instagram Story to share a screenshot of her and Cummings on a video call and suggested that the latter had already given birth.

The YouTube star wrote a caption that read: ‘when ur mentor calls u directly after birth and u have to answer.’

In the snap, Cummings — who announced her pregnancy and revealed the gender of her baby back in June — was topless and holding her chest with her hands.

On the same day, Cummings also took to social media to share a clip of herself doing an ‘unboxing’ as she appeared in what looked like a hospital room.

She sat on a pregnancy ball and sported a pair of red-tinted sunglasses as she went through a plastic bag of postpartum necessities.

‘OK, if I can’t open this then maybe I’m not ready to be a mother,’ she joked as she struggled with opening the bag.
